Overview
Our refund policy directly impacts the free office upon the purchase which as a basic featue of the Capatiplism app, or website. If a refund is generated it automatically voids the free office given so a user can loose there user name.
Refunds
Refunds as a right upon notification that a user does not longer wish to use the capatiplism brand for office, pbx, or gps it is upon that written notice that the refund of no greater than 45 days will be processed. If a user purchased 2 items or more within the past 45 days they will be refunded with the acknowledgement that the office and generation id and any tiers created by that office will be forfited with all affiliate bonus.
This refund policy does not apply to any crypto currency or any alternative method of payments which are not refundable at any time. The cancelation of an agreement can not be undone once posted to the blockchain.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
